Cozy rooms with immaculate cleanliness impressed me right away. I opted for the Studio King Suite, which had a soothing design and enough space for my family. The kitchenette was a huge plus for us, equipped with a microwave, washing machine, and everything needed for meals. I adored the stunning city views from the high floor. The rooftop pool really stood out. the views were breathtaking, making it a perfect spot to unwind. the breakfast area felt congested at peak times. It was challenging to navigate through the queues, and the layout could be improved for better flow. Staff, especially the friendly front desk, went out of their way to assist us. the location was strategic, just a short shuttle ride to the BTS station, although a bit of a walk. The only downside was the unexpected extra charges for additional bedding options. I felt the pricing should have been clearer upfront, especially for families. I'd love to return for the comfort, but some areas could be fine-tuned for a smoother experience.

The female sauna area was compromised by an incident with a male employee, which raised concerns for privacy.

The rooftop pool offered stunning views of Bangkok, and the fitness center was well-equipped for maintaining my workout routine. The hotel's breakfast provided a solid selection of options, which changed daily and were delicious.

Loved the infinity pool's city view. Breakfast choices were limited but fine for us.

It was just a proper fit for a brief stop-in in Bangkok with definitely value for money. The shuttle service made getting to the BTS a breeze, which was a pleasant surprise. Use the shuttle to save time on your commute to the city.

Friend Group getaway

Had a blast enjoying the sky pool with a killer view at floor 20 while the rain poured down, made for a unique swimming experience! the staff were so helpful, I saw them really take care of a guest in need, which honestly warmed my heart.

It wasn’t cheap, but the overall experience made it acceptable.

My kids wished there was a larger pool area for splashing around together.
